About the Company
We are working exclusively with a Regtech software company that has developed a cutting edge AI powered AML and KYC platform.
They are hunting for an Account Executive who can unlock enterprise growth across UK financial institutions.
If you've spent the last few years closing complex Saa S deals with banks or fintechs or building societies, and you understand compliance technology well enough to speak it fluently, this is the role which rewards that expertise.
About the Role
Our client is an AI-powered compliance platform built for banks, Fintechs, and insurers that need to automate KYC, KYB, and AML processes at scale.
The business has built proprietary machine learning and natural language processing into a platform that catches financial crime faster and eliminates the false positives that waste compliance teams' time.
You'll be joining a Reg Tech company that's genuinely changing how financial institutions manage risk.

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities that feed into quarterly and annual ARR targets.
- Develop tailored account plans that map directly to each prospect's compliance challenges and regulatory environment.
- Deliver bespoke presentations to executive audiences that articulate their technology and competitive edge.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure client experience remains seamless from sale through implementation.
- Maintain pipeline discipline using Salesforce or Hub Spot, with accurate forecasting and activity tracking.
- Stay current on regulatory trends and compliance frameworks so you position them as a genuine trusted advisor, not just a vendor.

- Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with financial institutions or enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of compliance solutions, AML, KYC, KYB, and fraud prevention workflows.
