Responsibilities
As a Day Senior Care Assistant, you will provide high quality, individualised care and support to residents during the daytime, promoting each person’s privacy, dignity and independence. You will be responsible for supervising and leading the shift and team members, and working together as a team to create a happy and caring atmosphere.
Typical duties include observed care while assisting someone to eat, ensuring an activities log is completed, providing a detailed handover to the next shift, and helping a resident get dressed in the morning, all carried out with care at the heart of everything you do.

Essential:

- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- A flexible approach to working hours
