Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse you will ensure that the highest standard of clinical care is delivered to residents at all times, in accordance with company policy, procedures and the NMC Code of Conduct, promoting each person’s privacy, dignity and independence.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of high‑standard clinical care to residents.
- Monitor residents’ blood sugar levels and administer medication.
- Provide detailed handover to the next shift team.
- Assist residents at the end of life.
- Work with the management team and other nurses to assess, plan, implement and evaluate quality nursing care.
- Enable residents to fully participate in decisions affecting their lives, embracing a person‑centred care philosophy.
- Create a caring and safe environment, putting residents’ needs first.
