In your role as Home Admissions Advisor, you will be an experienced sales, marketing and business development professional who will be responsible for driving effective occupancy sales for the care home. You are required to support the care home with its sales targets with a primary focus on private paying customers, local authority, and respite.
Responsibilities
- Achieve the sales targets for resident occupancy
- Promote the care home through strong links within the community, and represent us at events and through marketing
- Communicate with prospective clients and their families about our care home facilities and care services
- Develop the business in line with the growth plans for the care home
