Role Summary
As a Registered Nurse, you will ensure that the highest standard of clinical care is delivered to residents at all times, within company policies and procedures and the NMC Code of Conduct, promoting each person’s privacy, dignity and independence. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor residents’ blood glucose levels
- Administer medication
- Provide detailed handover reports to the team on the next shift
- Assist residents at the end of life
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate quality nursing care with the management team and other trained nurses
- Ensure residents fully participate in decisions affecting their lives, following the philosophy of person‑centred care and ensuring that residents’ decisions and choices are met
- Create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere, putting residents’ needs first
Qualifications
You must be a qualified nurse with an active NMC registration (PIN number) and have the right to work in the UK. Ideal candidates are flexible, organised, hardworking, caring and compassionate, and are eager to work as part of a dedicated team.
