People & Culture Officer

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused People & Culture Officer to support our employees and help shape a positive workplace culture.

About the role:

• Support day‑to‑day HR operations and employee relations
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
• Help deliver people initiatives that enhance engagement and wellbeing
• Ensure policies and processes are followed and kept up to date

About you:

• Experience in an HR / People role (or working towards it)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Approachable, confidential, and passionate about people
• CIPD qualification or working towards one is a plus
