An opportunity has arisen in the People & Culture Team for a Learning & Development Facilitator based from our Basingstoke, Hampshire central support office. You will be delivering engaging and impactful training (including inductions, refresher courses and ongoing development sessions) across a variety of care and non-care topics.
You will be a charismatic and engaging trainer and be able to design and deliver memorable training experiences, applying a mix of training methodologies via e-learning, face to face plus coaching. You will maintain accurate training records using our Learning Management System (LMS) and follow up on outstanding training to support compliance. Regular L&D monthly reporting will be part of your role to promote continuous improvements across the business.
An Education and Training Level 3 certificate is essential alongside experience of working in adult care - formal training experience is preferred, but not essential. A car driver and travel to our care homes across our geographic network is essential and will be planned for 3 to 4 times per week. This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
