The Role
As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will provide high quality, individualized care and support to residents during the night time, promoting each person’s privacy, dignity and independence. You will be responsible for supervising and leading the shift and team members, and working together as a team to create a happy and caring atmosphere. You will work on tasks such as observing a care assistant supporting a resident during a late-night snack, checking that a resident’s turning chart has been completed, giving a detailed handover to the morning team, or assisting a resident to get ready for bed.

Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Care Assistant in residential care
