Responsibilities:
- You will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding residents’ privacy, dignity and independence at all times.
- Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere; putting residents’ needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual.
- We respect differences and recognise that staff and residents will have different needs.
No previous experience is required for this role as we will provide full training; therefore if this is your first role in care we will support you fully. You should demonstrate a flexible, hardworking and caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team and a right to work in the UK. This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
