Hartford Care is seeking an Adult & Dementia Care Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. This field-based role travels between homes across Wolverhampton, Bilston, Walsall, Dudley and North Wales, delivering induction and ongoing care training to frontline staff.
You'll use a mix of face-to-face and blended learning to build confidence in teams and keep LMS records up to date. A Level 3 training qualification and relevant care experience are preferred.
