As a Care Assistant you will provide high quality individualized care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding our residents’ privacy, dignity and independence at all times. Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere; putting residents’ needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognize our staff and residents will have different needs.

No previous experience is required for this role, as we will provide full training; you must demonstrate a flexible, hard‑working and caring attitude, a desire to work as part of a dedicated team, and have a right to work in the UK. This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
