As a Care Assistant you will provide high‑quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting privacy, dignity and independence at all times. Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere; putting residents’ needs first, and providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognise that staff and residents have varied needs.
No previous experience is required; we will provide full training. The successful candidate will demonstrate a flexible, hard‑working and caring attitude, a desire to work as part of a dedicated team, and a right to work in the UK. This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
