Job Overview: As a Care Assistant you will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding their privacy, dignity and independence at all times.
Responsibilities: Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere; putting residents' needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognise our staff and residents will have different needs.
Requirements: No previous experience is required for this role as we will provide full training. We do require you to demonstrate a flexible, hard‑working and caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team and a right to work in the UK. This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
