About the Role

The Asset & Procurement Coordinator supports the Head of Estates by maintaining robust asset and procurement registers and ensuring smooth, compliant processes across all locations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee asset tracking and ensure inventory accuracy across our estate.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate service providers.
  • Support negotiation, management and delivery of contracts including servicing plant, planned maintenance and capital expenditure.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure adherence to procurement policies.
  • Work closely with Operations, Quality and the wider Estates team to deliver a structured, planned approach to the servicing, replacement and lifecycle management of goods, plant and equipment.

About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work confidently as a standalone role and manage own workload.
  • Great at building relationships and working collaboratively across teams.
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-growing organisation.
  • Familiar with procurement processes, asset management or estates coordination (desirable but not essential).
