About the role
The role of a Care Assistant/Support Worker at Select is to provide high quality personal care, support our residents needs and provide person-centred care. You need to be kind, compassionate and want to make a difference to our residents lives. We pride ourselves on training, and you will receive training from your first day of work.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience working within a care or nursing home
- NVQ 2 and above qualification in Health and Social care is desirable
