Salary: £13.50 - £14.10per hour
Location: Malden House, 69 Sidford Road, Sidmouth, Devon EX10 9LR
About the role
The role of a SeniorCare Assistant is to provide high quality personal care, support our residents needs and provide person-centred care whilst also being confident in leading a team of care staff. You need to be kind, compassionate and want to make a difference to our residents lives. We pride ourselves on training, and you will receive training from your first day of work.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience as a senior carer in a care or nursing home is essential
- Experience with adult complex care is preferred
- Medication trained
- NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards
