In your role as Home Admissions Advisor, you will be an experienced sales, marketing and business development professional who will be responsible for driving the effective occupancy sales for the Care Home. You are required to support the Care Home with its sales targets with a primary focus on private paying customers, local authority, and respite.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving the sales targets for resident occupancy
- Promoting our care home through your strong links within the community, promoting us at every opportunity through events and marketing.
- Communicate with prospective clients and their families on our outstanding care home facilities and care giving services.
- Develop our business in line with the growth plans for the care home.
