Salary: £85,000 plus £5,000 car allowance & Bonus subject to T&Cs

Location: This position will initially be supporting a cluster of Care Homes within the southern part of England, however due to future restructuring and growth plans, travel to the northern part of England will be required, so being a car driver is essential.

The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Operating Manager to lead and manage the operation of a region of Hartford Care homes, through the line management of the Care Home managers. You will ensure that the Care Homes operate within the strategic direction, goals, objectives and financial planning set by Hartford Care. You'll embody the Hartford Care values and be a role model for the leadership behaviours of the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualification
  • Previous management experience within a nursing and residential home environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate large teams
  • Strong understanding of the Fundamental Standards and the Care Act
  • Experience supporting residents with nursing needs and those living with dementia
  • Excellent written, verbal, and IT skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Flexible approach to working hours
