The Compliance Coordinator's main responsibilities will be for the day-to-day administration, maintenance and development of Hartford Care's SafetyCulture platform (I-Auditor).
The role will ensure that homes and managers are appropriately set up and trained on the system, inspections are scheduled and completed, and outstanding actions are effectively monitored and escalated.
