This position will include an additional £2,000 attraction payment which will be paid as £1000.00 on joining and £1000.00 on completion of the probationary period. Employment Type – Permanent, Full Time, Nights only The Role As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will provide high quality, individualised care and support to residents during the night time, promoting each persons privacy, dignity and independence, be responsible for supervising and leading the shift and team members, and working together as a team to create a happy and caring atmosphere. Whether you are carrying out a direct observation on a care assistant supporting someone to have a late night snack, checking that a residents turning chart has been completed, giving a detailed handover to the morning team, or assisting a resident to get ready for bed in the evening, you will do so with care at the heart of everything you do.
