As Head of Commercial Property, you'll lead the department while continuing to advise on complex commercial property matters. Alongside managing your own high-quality caseload, you'll mentor the team, strengthen client relationships and help drive the firm's continued growth.
The Person
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
- Has leadership or departmental management experience
- Has strong technical knowledge across acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work
- Is commercially minded and confident building client relationships
- Enjoys mentoring, developing people and leading by example
The Head of Commercial Property Role
- Lead and develop the Commercial Property team
- Manage complex commercial property transactions
- Oversee quality, compliance and matter progression
- Support business development and win new work
- Build long-term client relationships
- Work closely with other legal teams to deliver exceptional client service
- Drive departmental performance and future growth
