The Package

- Working hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

The Trainee Block Manager Role
- This is a development role where you will be trained to manage a residential portfolio over time, working closely with experienced property managers.
- Supporting the management of a residential property portfolio
- Assisting with communication between landlords, leaseholders, and directors
- Coordinating maintenance and contractor instructions
- Handling day-to-day queries and administrative tasks
- Learning compliance, legislation, and best practice within block management
- Gradually taking on more responsibility as your experience grows
- Full training will be provided, you do not need prior block management experience.
