This is a true Sales Valuer / Lister position not a support role. You will take full ownership of valuations, instructions, and new business generation within the branch, operating as the key revenue driver. With a strong existing pipeline, consistent inbound valuation flow, and established market share, this is an opportunity for a proven Sales Valuer / Lister to step into a role where they can make an immediate and measurable impact.

The Package

  • Realistic OTE £50,000 supported by a strong existing pipeline
  • Car allowance up to £300 per month
  • 21 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Alternate Saturdays (half day) with time off in lieu

The Role

  • Conduct 50–60 market appraisals per period, supported by strong inbound leads and established market share
  • Convert valuations into 25–30 new listings, maintaining strong ratios
  • Operate as the lead valuer and key revenue generator for the branch
  • Deliver a polished, consultative valuation experience
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors
  • Collaborate with the wider team to maximise instructions and overall branch results
  • Take full ownership of your patch, driving growth and performance

  • Proven track record as a Sales Valuer / Lister within estate agency
  • Consistently achieves and exceeds valuation and listing targets
  • Confident, credible, and professional with clients
  • Ambitious, driven, and commercially focused

  • Experience using CRM systems
