Harte Recruitment is working with an established Estate Agency across Newcastle, looking to connect with experienced property professionals to add value to their winning business as Branch Valuer. This is a strong opportunity for a Branch Valuer who values credibility over pushy selling. You'll be working within a trusted brand, with quality stock and a consistent flow of valuation opportunities, stepping into warm conversations rather than chasing cold leads. The focus here is simple: convert.

This is a busy, high-performing residential sales environment where strong stock is established and there are experienced teams and real momentum already in place. You bring the mindset as the platform is already built.

The Packages

  • Up to £35,000 DOE with OTE up to £67,000+
  • Monday to Friday 08:45 - 17:00 working patterns + rota’d Saturdays (time off in lieu)
  • Car allowance or pool car options (valuer roles)
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
  • Free street parking available
  • Pool car available for appointments
  • £300 per month car allowance

The Branch Valuer Role

  • Carry out valuations and market appraisals across the local area
  • Convert opportunities into instructions through confident client engagement
  • Build strong vendor relationships and advise on pricing strategy
  • Manage a busy diary of appointments efficiently
  • Work with the office team to launch and market new instructions
  • Negotiate offers and support deals through to agreement
  • Maintain a strong presence in the local market and drive new business

The Person

  • Experience within Estate Agency, ideally as a Valuer, Lister or Senior Negotiator (required)
  • Strong knowledge of the Residential Property market (Newcastle knowledge advantageous)
  • Confident in client-facing situations and leading valuation conversations
  • Able to build trust quickly and convert opportunities into instructions
  • Commercially aware and target-driven with a focus on results
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy diary
  • Performs well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Full UK driving licence (required)
