This is a true Sales Valuer / Lister position not a support role. You will take full ownership of valuations, instructions, and new business generation within the branch, operating as the key revenue driver. With a strong existing pipeline, consistent inbound valuation flow, and established market share, this is an opportunity for a proven Sales Valuer / Lister to step into a role where they can make an immediate and measurable impact.
The Package
- Realistic OTE £50,000 supported by a strong existing pipeline
- Car allowance up to £300 per month
- 21 days holiday + bank holidays
- Alternate Saturdays (half day) with time off in lieu

The Role
- Conduct 50–60 market appraisals per period, supported by strong inbound leads and established market share
- Convert valuations into 25–30 new listings, maintaining strong ratios
- Operate as the lead valuer and key revenue generator for the branch
- Deliver a polished, consultative valuation experience
- Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors
- Collaborate with the wider team to maximise instructions and overall branch results
- Take full ownership of your patch, driving growth and performance
The Person
- Proven track record as a Sales Valuer / Lister within estate agency
- Consistently achieves and exceeds valuation and listing targets
- Confident, credible, and professional with clients
- Ambitious, driven, and commercially focused
- Strong team player with high standards and low ego
- Able to make an immediate impact within a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems
- Full UK driving licence
