It’s a full-time, office-based role within a growing firm where you’ll take full control of a busy caseload from instruction to completion and be trusted to get on with it. You’ll be joining a team that works at pace, keeps things tight and doesn’t let files drift. You’ll need to be confident across freehold and leasehold, comfortable working independently and the kind of person who takes real ownership, not just of the file but of the whole experience from start to finish.
The Package:
- 35k – 42k basic DOE

Residential Conveyancer Role:
- Manage files from instruction through to completion and archiving
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a clear, supportive and people-focused service throughout
- Prepare and maintain accurate file documentation throughout
- Oversee billing and SDLT calculations, proactively securing prompt receipt of all outstanding monies.
- Support with supervisory responsibilities when required
- Keep legal knowledge up to date and relevant
The Person:
- Demonstrated background in residential conveyancing, delivering efficient case progression and swift completions.
- Capable of handling files autonomously while maintaining high standards.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Windows, Word and Excel
