Our client is a growing specialist property business operating within a unique area of the residential property market, helping homeowners navigate complex personal and financial circumstances. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Property Solutions Consultant to join their fully remote team. This position offers the opportunity to work with qualified inbound enquiries, build meaningful client relationships and support homeowners through important property decisions.

The Package- Fully Remote Working
- £30,000 basic salary (can go higher DOE)
- Realistic OTE of £60,000+
- Monday to Friday with adhoc evenings and Saturdays
- Performance-related bonus and Commission structure
- Quarterly fully-expensed team days in City Centre Location
- Full-time permanent position

- Working closely with the wider sales and progression team, you'll support clients from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth and professional customer journey throughout.
- Managing hot qualified inbound enquiries
- Building trust and rapport with homeowners
- Supporting clients through the onboarding process
- Progressing property transactions through to completion
- Liaising with solicitors, lenders and third-party stakeholders
- Negotiating and supporting deal progression
- Providing regular updates and guidance to clients
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and documentation
- Supporting the wider team with sales progression activities
- If you're currently working within estate agency, residential sales, property sales progression, or a specialist property environment and are looking for a fully remote opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
- Previous property and sales experience (essential)
- A good understanding of the residential sales process
- Knowledge of vendors, residential property transactions and the sales progression process
- Exposure to repossessions, assisted sales, distressed property sales or similar would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Confidence communicating with clients and professional stakeholders
- Empathetic and a good listener with an excellent telephone manner
- Proud to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Experience using CRM systems and property software
