Company & Role:

Our client is an established property business entering an exciting period of growth through acquisition and expansion. They're creating a brand-new Chief Operating Officer position to work alongside the executive leadership team, driving operational excellence, integrating new businesses and creating the structure needed to support long-term growth. This Chief Operating Officer position is a hands-on executive role where you'll influence strategy whilst leading operational delivery across a multi-site business.

The Person:

  • You'll already be operating at executive level and have a track record of growing businesses, integrating acquisitions (lettings knowledge essential) and leading through change.
  • Executive leadership within lettings and property management (essential), and estate agency (desirable)
  • Experience integrating acquisitions or scaling multi-site operations
  • Strong commercial and operational expertise
  • A collaborative leadership style that builds high-performing teams
  • The ability to influence at Board level while remaining hands-on when needed
