A highly regarded and established Estate Agency with real presence across the Newcastle market is looking to appoint an experienced Branch Valuer to join its successful residential team. This is a strong opportunity for a Branch Valuer who values credibility over pushy selling. You’ll be working within a trusted brand, with quality stock and a consistent flow of valuation opportunities, stepping into warm conversations rather than chasing cold leads. The focus here is simple: convert.

As a Branch Valuer, you’ll deliver accurate market appraisals, build trust with vendors and secure instructions through confidence, expertise and sound pricing strategy. Backed by a team that keeps things moving, you’ll manage a busy diary and operate at pace without compromising standards. The Package:

  • Up to £35,000 DOE basic salary per annum + up to minimum £67,000 OTE
  • Monday - Friday 08:45 - 17:00 + occasional Saturdays (with time off in lieu)
  • Regular charity events and team initiatives
  • Pool car available for appointments
  • £300 per month car allowance

The Branch Valuer role:

  • Carrying out residential property valuations and market appraisals across the local area
  • Converting valuation opportunities into instructions through confident presentation and local market knowledge
  • Building strong relationships with vendors and potential sellers
  • Working closely with the office team to ensure new instructions are launched effectively
  • Negotiating offers and supporting the progression of agreed sales
  • Maintaining a strong presence within the local property market and identifying new business opportunities
  • Representing the agency professionally and delivering a high standard of customer service at every stage

The Person:

  • Previous experience working within Estate Agency, ideally in a Sales Valuer, Lister, or senior sales role with UK valuation knowledge (Essential)
  • Strong knowledge of the Residential Property market in Newcastle (Desirable)
  • Confident communicating with clients and conducting property appraisals
  • Target-driven with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, professional, and able to manage a busy diary of valuations and client meetings
  • Full UK driving licence (Essential)
  • Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
