Harte Recruitment is working with a Manchester-based property business entering its next phase of growth. With an established and sizeable managed portfolio already in place, they are now looking to appoint a Director of Property Management to bring structure, leadership, and consistency across the department. This is not a “keep things ticking” role. It’s about taking ownership of a functioning operation and elevating it, ensuring it is commercially sound, compliant, and built to scale.
This Director of Property Management opportunity will suit a senior Property Manager, Team Leader ready for a step up, or an existing Head of Property Management looking for a platform with more influence and long-term growth.
