Are you an experienced Investment Sales Broker looking for stronger earning control within a performance-led environment? Harte Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity to join a streamlined, high-performing Property Investment business in Manchester. Following a recent restructure, the business now has an extremely healthy commission structure that rewards high achievers coupled with a hybrid working model for their consistent billers.
This opportunity is strictly targeted at experienced property professionals with a minimum of 8-12 months and proven results in Off-Plan, New-Build, or UK investment sales. This revised commission model rewards higher performance with retroactive uplifts once revenue thresholds are reached, giving strong billers significantly improved earning potential.
The Package:
- Up to £32,000 basic salary per annum (depending on level and track performance) rising to £35,000 basic after probation + £80,000 - £120,000 OTE
- Tiered commission structure based on net revenue (10% up to £30k, 15% to £55k, 20% above), paid on exchange and applied retroactively once thresholds are achieved
- £30k monthly net revenue target (approx. 2–3 deals)
- Hybrid working (1 day during probation, 2 days after; Monday & Friday office-based)
- 28 days holiday, regular reviews
