As a Trainee Valuer, progression into valuations is gradual. You’ll continue to negotiate and manage your pipeline, seeing deals through from instruction to completion, while building the experience needed to move into valuing properly. It’s a fast-paced, people-focused environment where being organised, able to multitask and prioritise is key. Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors and delivering a seamless end-to-end service will directly shape how quickly you progress.

The Package

  • Up to £29,000 basic salary (DOE)
  • Up to £33,000 OTE with uncapped commission
  • 30 days holiday including bank holidays (rising to 35 with service)
  • Business mileage paid
  • Company pension scheme
  • Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am – 1:00pm)

Trainee Valuer Role

  • Qualify enquiries and convert leads into viewings and offers
  • Manage and build relationships with buyer applicants
  • Arrange and carry out property viewings
  • Provide feedback and maintain strong communication with vendors
  • Support the marketing of new instructions
  • Ensure compliance with AML and industry regulations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline
  • Work towards KPIs and sales targets
  • Clear route into valuations, progressing into winning instructions and building your own pipeline.

The Person

  • Own car and driving license (Essential)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Estate Agency in a similar role (Essential)
  • Confident speaking to people… on the phone and face-to-face
  • Commercial mindset with a natural ability to spot opportunities
  • Organised, structured and able to manage a busy pipeline
  • Positive, proactive and someone who just gets on with it
  • Keen to progress into valuations and develop your career
