If you're great at reading people, building trust quickly and guiding customers through important decisions, this opportunity could be the role for you. This isn't cold calling or hard selling, it’s understanding people. The enquiries are already there. Your job is to understand each customer's circumstances, build rapport and convert opportunities into positive outcomes and get a contract signed!
The right person will come from a strong B2C sales background, know how to build rapport in minutes and be able to read a situation over the phone. You'll be naturally empathetic, commercially switched on and comfortable having conversations that matter, whilst still keeping an eye on the end result.
The Package
- Up to £30k basic salary (DOE)
- Uncapped OTE of £65,000 - £100,000+
- Warm inbound enquiries only
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00am - 1:00pm
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Manage warm inbound enquiries from start to finish
- Build trust and understand each customer's situation

The Person
- 2+ years' experience in B2C telesales, consultative sales or a similar environment
- Stable career history with a proven track record
- Naturally empathetic and emotionally intelligent
- Strong listening, questioning and negotiation skills
- Commercially driven and motivated by earning potential
- Comfortable handling emotionally led conversations
- Property experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
