A well-established, multi-branch property business with a strong reputation across Yorkshire and the backing of a wider national network. With a sizeable managed portfolio already in place and continued investment into people, systems and structure, they are now looking to appoint a Head of Property Management to lead from the front. This Head of Property Management role sits at the heart of the operation, taking ownership of team performance, process improvement and overall service delivery. This isn’t about maintaining the status quo. It’s about bringing structure, consistency and leadership to a busy, high-performing department.
The Package
- Up to £45,000 basic with bonus OTE £50,000
- Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm; Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:30 am – 13:00 pm

The Head of Property Management Role
- Lead, manage and develop a large team of Property Managers
- Take ownership of a high-volume, investor-led portfolio with multiple landlords
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors and internal teams
- Drive performance, consistency and accountability across the department
- Improve and streamline operational processes within the branch
- Support, coach and upskill new and existing team members
- Work closely with senior leadership, reporting on performance and progress
- Handle escalated issues and complaints with confidence and control
- Identify gaps, implement change and raise standards across the function
The Person
- ARLA qualified (essential)
- Proven experience managing large property management teams and high-volume portfolios
- Strong people manager…able to lead, develop and get the best out of a team
- Confident building and maintaining relationships with multiple landlords and investor clients
- Experience working across complex, multi-landlord and investor-led portfolios (essential)
- Commercially aware, with a focus on performance and efficiency
- Comfortable implementing change and improving underperforming areas
- Experienced handling escalated complaints and complex situations
- Strong systems knowledge (Reapit highly desirable)
- Highly organised, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities
