The Package

  • Working hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

The Block Manager Role

  • This is a development role where you will be trained to manage a residential portfolio over time, working closely with experienced property managers.
  • Supporting the management of a residential property portfolio
  • Assisting with communication between landlords, leaseholders, and directors
  • Coordinating maintenance and contractor instructions
  • Handling day-to-day queries and administrative tasks
  • Learning compliance, legislation, and best practice within block management
  • Gradually taking on more responsibility as your experience grows
