The Package
- Up to Β£30,000 basic salary (DOE) + up to Β£4,000 OTE per annum (uncapped)
- Monday β Friday, generally between 09:00 β 17:00 (with flexibility)
- Occasional Saturday morning viewings (with time off in lieu)
- 22 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Mileage paid
The Lettings Negotiator Role
- Registering applicants and managing enquiries
- Conducting property viewings
- Handling check-ins, check-outs and inventory inspections
- Booking and overseeing maintenance and repairs
- Managing compliance and keeping files up to date
- Using CRM systems
- Confidently closing tasks and following matters through to completion
