The Package

  • Up to Β£30,000 basic salary (DOE) + up to Β£4,000 OTE per annum (uncapped)
  • Monday – Friday, generally between 09:00 – 17:00 (with flexibility)
  • Occasional Saturday morning viewings (with time off in lieu)
  • 22 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Mileage paid

The Lettings Negotiator Role

  • Registering applicants and managing enquiries
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Handling check-ins, check-outs and inventory inspections
  • Booking and overseeing maintenance and repairs
  • Managing compliance and keeping files up to date
  • Using CRM systems
  • Confidently closing tasks and following matters through to completion
