Harte Recruitment is working with a fast-paced property business in the Leeds area looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to help lead, strengthen and bring greater structure to an already successful team. This is a business with a busy sales operation, continued growth plans and a genuine opportunity for the right person to hold senior influence across the wider business.

This Sales Manager role isn’t about sitting behind reports and ticking KPI boxes. You’ll work closely with the directors on strategy, process improvements and team performance, helping shape the future direction of the business whilst leading from the front operationally. This role has genuine long-term progression potential into a senior board-level position for the right person.

The Package

  • £50,000–£65,000 basic salary DOE
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Progression and long-term earning potential
  • Monday to Thursday 9:00am–5:30pm, Friday 9:00am–5:00pm
  • Genuine influence across team performance and business direction

The Sales Manager Role

  • Managing and developing negotiators
