This role is all about making an impact, building strong relationships, and seeing the results of your hard work every single day. You will manage your pipeline from first enquiry to completion, helping clients achieve their goals while growing your own success.

The Package:
- Up to £35,000 basic with OTE £75,000
- Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5pm (flexible around starting and finishing times for early/late appointments)
- Occasional Saturday work may be required
Mortgage & Protection Adviser Role:
- Deliver tailored, whole-of-market mortgage solutions that meet each client's individual needs
- Provide expert guidance on protection products, including life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and home insurance
- Actively manage and convert high-quality leads provided by the estate agency
- Build strong, long-lasting client relationships through outstanding service
- Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal company standards
- Work closely with estate agency colleagues to maximise opportunities and drive successful outcomes
The Person:
- You have a full UK driving licence
- Minimum of 3 years' industry experience
- Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Confident and professional in all client interactions, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Commercial mindset with a natural ability to spot opportunities
- Organised, structured, and able to manage a busy pipeline effectively
- Positive, proactive, and self-motivated—you get things done
