Harte Recruitment is seeking a Sales Progression Specialist to own the completion stage of property transactions from exchange through to key handover. You will work with solicitors, mortgage lenders, developers and buyers to keep multiple transactions on track and resolve issues before they escalate.
In this role you will drive completions by managing timescales and milestones, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring every completion happens on time, in a hybrid setup from Manchester.
