Unlike traditional Estate Agency, the emphasis here is on efficient deal-making rather than endless viewings or canvassing. As Property Acquisition Consultant, you'll be working with motivated sellers who want speed, certainty and clear advice — giving you the opportunity to close transactions quickly and earn accordingly. The Package
- Warm inbound leads — no cold prospecting
- A modern property buying model designed for high deal volume
- Monday – Thursday 9:00 – 17:30, Friday 9:00 – 17:00 + 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00 – 13:00
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
The Property Acquisition Consultant Role
- Conduct desktop property valuations to assess potential purchase opportunities
- Manage warm inbound seller enquiries and guide vendors through the sales process
- Negotiate purchase terms and agree deals with property owners
- Build trust quickly with sellers, offering clear and confident property advice
- Progress opportunities through to completion within a fast-moving deal environment
- Consistently convert conversations and opportunities into completed property acquisitions
The Person
- Background in property buying, property acquisition or investment-focused property roles (essential)
- Confident negotiating and closing property deals
- Commercially minded with the ability to discuss and assess property values
- Naturally able to build rapport with sellers and key stakeholders
- Comfortable working within a results-driven, target-focused environment
