Are you seeking a fulfilling opportunity in the Build to Rent sector? Harte Recruitment is looking for a Lettings and Property Manager to join an exceptional team in Sheffield. The Package:
- Up to £30,000 basic salary per annum (D.O.E)
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 + occasional Saturdays, with a day off in lieu during the week!
- 23 days holiday, increasing to 25 days with length of service.
- Industry-approved training and qualifications, including Level 3 ARLA in Residential Lettings and Property Management (salary increase once this has been completed)
- Free parking on site, however a driving licence is not a prerequisite for the job.
- Plus, company days, fitness and mental health incentives!
The Lettings and Property Manager role:
- Registering applicant details and property requirements
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Negotiating with potential tenants
- Completing the check-in and check-out process
- Dealing with enquiries
- Supporting the management team
- Contributing to marketing strategies
- Promoting additional services to existing tenants
- Carrying out inspections in accordance with ASTs
- Inventories
- Deposit returns and disputes
- Liaising with the maintenance team
- Adhering to HR policies and procedures
The Person:
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Effective communication at all levels
- Knowledge of IT packages including Microsoft Excel
- Lettings and/or property management experience (essential)
