As a Sales Lead Generator , you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by generating and qualifying leads, building strong client relationships, and booking high-quality appointments for the closing team. Monday to Friday, 37.Hybrid working available (up to 2 days from home, depending on experience) ~25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, birthday off, and office closure between 25th Dec–1st Jan (included in leave); holiday year: 1st April–31st March ~ Company pension scheme Generate leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach Manage own sales pipeline and build rapport Maintain accurate CRM records and update pipeline daily Hit weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach and bookings Work with sales and marketing to refine messaging and leads 1+ year in outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation ~ Strong time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail ~ Independent, takes initiative, and tech-savvy (CRM, MS Office, Asana) ~ Represent the brand professionally and confidently
