Overview
Harte Recruitment – Property & Construction Recruitment Specialists is recruiting for a Sales Progressor to join their Manchester team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The package includes a basic salary up to £35k plus commission (OTE £40k+ uncapped) and a range of employee benefits. Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00–17:30; Friday 9:00–17:00.
Locations: Manchester, England, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Manage and progress a pipeline of property sales from instruction to completion
- Liaise with solicitors, clients, agents, and third parties to ensure smooth transactions
- Provide advice on leasehold matters and building safety documentation
- Resolve issues delaying progression and keep all parties updated
- Support the team with legal/compliance knowledge, documentation, and due diligence
Requirements / Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential sales or within a conveyancing/property law environment
- Knowledge of leasehold sales and the Building Safety Act (essential)
- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and client-facing
- Able to manage multiple cases and commute to Manchester City Centre
