Harte Recruitment is thrilled to announce multiple openings for sharp and dynamic Investment Sales Consultants experienced in outbound sales, based in Manchester in a property investment powerhouse.
The Package:
- Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum (DOE)
- Realistic and proven OTE of £80,000+ in commission, with many consultants earning over £100,000 per annum.
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

- Working hours: Monday 10:00-18:00, Tuesday + Wednesday 9:00-18:00, Thursday 10:00-19:00, Friday 9:00-16:30 (37.5 hours per week)
As an Investment Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to connect investors with premium off-plan developments across Northern England. Utilising warm leads, you'll engage with potential investors, assess their needs, present suitable investment opportunities, and facilitate sales, collaborating closely with the Sales Progressor to ensure seamless aftercare. While experience in selling UK properties to international clients is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided to equip you for success. This role demands a proactive approach, strong client relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver tailored investment solutions that align with client objectives.
The Investment Sales Consultant Role:
- Engage with investors who have shown interest in property investments through various channels
- Conduct effective and persuasive sales conversations over the phone and through digital platforms to present investment opportunities, address client enquiries, and close sales
- Demonstrate excellent personal and digital presentation skills to engage with clients and colleagues across multiple platforms
- Site visits, as and when needed – usually once per week
- Maintain accurate sales administration records using CRM systems and other relevant tools
- Collaborate with the management team to stay updated on the latest market trends, property offerings, and investment strategies
