As Digital Marketing Manager , you’ll shape and run the entire digital marketing strategy – think social media, SEO, website management, and email campaigns. The goal? Boost brand visibility, engage audiences, and generate leads for global sales teams.

The package
- Between £35,000 – £45,000 basic salary per annum (dependent on experience )Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
- Never have to work on your Birthday
- One day per week working from home

The Digital Marketing Manager role
- Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and leads
- Manage content creation, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Track and report on performance, refining strategies as needed
- Lead the marketing team, setting KPIs and strategic plans
- Oversee production of engaging content (blogs, emails, videos) tailored to the target audience
- Plan and run digital campaigns for property investments, events, and webinars
- Manage and optimise website content and SEO to enhance traffic and conversions
- Analyse performance data, applying insights for improvements
- Use A/B testing, segmentation, and personalisation to drive engagement
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity, identifying new opportunities
- Align marketing strategies with sales and investment goals, reporting on key metrics and ROI
The person
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within property, investment, or financial services sectors
- Degree in marketing or relevant higher education qualification (desirable )
- Expertise in social media management, website optimisation, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices
- Strong content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging, innovative marketing materials that drive results
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track key performance metrics, and continuously refine strategies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective audience engagement and team collaboration
- Knowledge of the property investment landscape is highly advantageous
