An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic and motivated Property Coordinator to join this forward-thinking team in Doncaster, playing a vital role in optimising property portfolio performance and delivering an outstanding resident experience.

As a Property Coordinator, the role involves a passion for handling invoicing, coding, and data management, all while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of property portfolios, assisting with various administrative tasks, and supporting the team in managing the tenant and property lifecycle.

The Package:

  • Basic Salary up to £26,000 per annum
  • 40 hours per week, including breaks, with flexible start and leave times between 8 AM and 6 PM
  • 26 holiday days, plus 1 additional day per year of service (up to a maximum of 30 days) + Bank Holidays
