Harte Recruitment is working with a growing cash buying property business in the greater Leeds area that is building serious momentum and looking to bring in a commercially driven Property Sales Consultant to join their team. As Property Sales Consultant, you’ll be speaking directly with homeowners who need speed, flexibility or certainty when selling, whether that’s through auction, direct purchase, online agency or another route. Every situation is different, which means this role suits someone who can think commercially, read people properly and build trust quickly. This is a role for someone who has direct experience working with vendors, who enjoys managing emotion as well as numbers.

The Package

  • £27,000 basic salary with realistic OTE £50,000+

The Property Sales Consultant Role

You’ll spend your days managing homeowner enquiries from initial conversation through to signed agreement and completion, understanding their circumstances, assessing the property and identifying the most suitable solution for their situation. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing warm inbound homeowner enquiries
  • Building trust quickly and handling sensitive conversations professionally
  • Understanding motivation, timelines and commercial position
  • Negotiating pricing and agreements confidently
  • Managing deals through the full sales process
