Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Sales Negotiator to take ownership of an established residential sales portfolio across two prime city locations, while playing a key role in the future growth of the department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional who wants to become a Senior Sales Negotiator and enjoys winning instructions, building relationships and managing transactions from valuation through to agreed sale.

With dedicated aftersales support already in place, you will have more time to focus on revenue‑generating activity, client relationships and growing your pipeline.

The Senior Sales Negotiator Role
  • Conduct valuations and win new instructions
  • Manage a portfolio of around 100 residential properties
  • Negotiate offers and secure agreed sales
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, investors and developers
  • Provide expert market advice and pricing guidance
  • Work closely with marketing and aftersales teams to maximise results
  • Contribute to the growth and future development of the sales department

  • Three years+ experience in residential property sales
  • A proven track record of winning instructions and converting valuations
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
