This Sales Negotiator opportunity is perfect for a commercially minded property professional who enjoys winning business, negotiating deals and seeing transactions through to completion. You'll work with motivated buyers, investors and vendors, managing a busy pipeline while converting enquiries into viewings, offers and agreed sales.

The Package

  • Basic salary: Up to £25,000 (DOE) with OTE £35,000 - £40,000
  • Monday to Friday 08:45 - 17:00, and 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00 - 13:00 (with either a half day off during the week or extra pay on top of basic, depending on preference)
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
  • Regular charity events and team initiatives

The Sales Negotiator Role

  • Register new buyers and investors, qualifying requirements, budget, and position
  • Generate leads through proactive calls and follow‑up with past enquiries
  • Match applicants to suitable properties and promote listings to encourage viewings and offers
  • Promote ancillary services and build strong, long‑term relationships
  • Handle buyer enquiries, provide information, and answer questions
  • Arrange and coordinate viewings with external negotiators/valuers; carry out viewings when needed
  • Receive, qualify, and negotiate offers on behalf of vendors
  • Present and discuss offers with vendors to achieve the best outcomes

The Person

  • Estate Agency/Property experience (essential)
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to build instant rapport
  • Motivated, and keen to progress in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Full driving license (essential): pool car available
