The Package

  • Up to £45,000 basic (DOE & qualification)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 30 days with 5+ years' service)

The Residential Conveyancer Role

  • Manage your own residential caseload from instruction through to post-completion
  • Handle a mix of purchases, freehold, leasehold and right-to-buy matters
  • Run purchase files end-to-end with minimal supervision
  • Meet clients, provide quotes, take instructions and give regular updates
  • Keep files progressing and prioritised, especially where timelines are tight
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues whilst maintaining ownership of your files

The Person

  • CQS (Conveyancing Quality Scheme) qualified (essential)
  • Experienced Residential Conveyancer 2+ years (essential) (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Fee Earner)
  • Confident managing your own caseload independently
  • Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold and purchases
  • Organised, detail-focused and able to prioritise workload
  • Exceptional communication and client care skills both written and verbal
  • Team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Driving Licence and own car (essential)
